1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Durgutlar Plastik (“Company”) as data controller. Address: 75. Yıl Mh. (Sultandere) Yunusemre Sanayi Sitesi, 220. Cd. No:118/1, Odunpazarı / Eskişehir.

2. Data we process

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: phone number, email address, city / country
• Customer transaction: company name, customer type, products and quantities in your quote list, your message, preferred branch
• Security: IP address and time stamp kept in the server logs of our service providers when you submit the form

3. Purposes

• Receiving your quote request, preparing and sending you a price quote
• Contacting you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your request
• Running sales, order and delivery processes
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Legal grounds

We process your data where necessary to enter into or perform a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c), to comply with legal obligations (art. 5/2-ç) and for our legitimate interests (art. 5/2-f).

Keeping quote emails with an email provider that has servers abroad (Gmail) is based on the explicit consent you give in the form (KVKK art. 9).

5. Transfers

Our website and quote form are hosted at Natro’s data centre in Istanbul. Form data is not stored on this server; it is forwarded to the email address of the branch you choose. Our branch mailboxes are hosted on Google (Gmail), so quote emails are kept on servers outside Türkiye. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta).

We do not share your data with anyone else, except with authorised public authorities where required by law.

6. How we collect data

We collect data electronically through the quote form on our website, WhatsApp and phone.

Our website does not use cookies. Products you add to your quote list are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us unless you submit the form.

7. Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the quote and communication process. If a business relationship is established, statutory retention periods apply (for example 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code). Afterwards, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us to:

• confirm whether your personal data is processed and obtain information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased or destroyed under the conditions of article 7,
• have such corrections or erasures notified to the third parties concerned,
• object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
